1. Aniso bonded magnet

        Aniso bonded magnets are mainly produced by compacting molded aniso-magnetic powders with epoxy resin. The motors with this kind of magnet have large output torque, stable rotation and low noise, which promotes the development of motor components to miniaturization and lightweight, and are widely used in new energy vehicles, intelligent home appliances, robots and other high-tech fields.
       GriREM developed the preparation technology and equipment of aniso magnetic powders/rings with high performance to achieve the batch production. The magnetic energy product can be more than twice of the traditional isotropic bonded magnet, which is conducive to the miniaturization of the motor/electronic device; moreover, the product has high dimensional accuracy, large freedom of shape, and excellent corrosion resistance.
